Return and Claims Policy:
Products cannot be returned or replaced unless there is a visible defect or missing item.
No returns of any merchandise will be accepted by Manufacturas Nylma SL without prior agreement between the client and the company.
Claims regarding goods that have been handled or altered by the client will not be accepted.
No claims will be accepted after 30 days from the delivery of the goods.
Shipping Policy:
For shipments to the province of Barcelona, all shipments are prepaid.
For other national destinations, if the value of the merchandise does not reach €500, shipping costs will be charged on the invoice.
For shipments to destinations outside of Spain, shipments are prepaid if the value of the merchandise exceeds €1,600; otherwise, shipping costs will be charged on the invoice.
In any case, customers can arrange pickups from Nylma and deliveries with their transport.
